We understand this may take several weeks or longer to obtain, in the meantime we will still process the application . However if after several months we have still not received a letter or email from a doctor, we will have to cancel the registration and withdraw all support until the letter is received.
Once we receive your completed application form (can be scanned and emailed) and process it, we will then get back to you to confirm registration. Please note this may take 7-10 days.
